Chef Luca Bianchi
Head Chef & Recipe Developer
Luca is a Red Seal certified chef who trained at the Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria before honing his craft across Canada's top Italian restaurants for over 18 years. After leading the kitchen at Trattoria Stellare in Montreal and La Tavola in Toronto, he founded PastaRecipes.ca to bring authentic Italian-Canadian pasta techniques to home cooks. Luca specializes in fresh pasta, regional Italian sauces, and adapting traditional recipes for the Canadian pantry.

Sophie Tremblay
Nutrition Specialist & Recipe Tester
Sophie holds a Master's degree in Nutritional Sciences from Université Laval. As a Registered Dietitian with the Ordre des diététistes du Québec, she ensures every recipe meets balanced nutrition guidelines and provides accurate calorie and macro calculations. Sophie brings her background in sports nutrition and her Québécois culinary heritage to create meals that are both nourishing and satisfying.
